What to expect
FUN! We are going to have so much fun and I can't wait to laugh and love on you and your family. My sessions are full of real laughs, snuggles, tickles, and genuine connection. I plan to tell YOUR family's story while honoring my style of photography. This means I will read over your questionnaire and cater my prompts and suggestions to YOU in order to capture sweet gestures and moments that truly mean the most. Prepare to interact and play while oddly enough, NOT looking at the camera. I want to show you how gorgeous you look while just being a mom/wife/dad. But don't worry, I won't leave you hanging. I achieve this style by giving directions and prompts that bring out emotions and I will set the scene, so to speak, to keep us rolling.
Session Info
So much goes into the planning of these beautiful sessions. From the minute you book to the day of your session, we will be in touch to personalize the process so that you and family feel comfortable and confident. You will have access to an extensive Client Closet as well as a complementary try-on session. Sunset sessions are outdoors at a location of your choosing right at golden hour (approx 60 minutes before sunset). I know that summertime can mean a later start time, but I cannot stress enough how gorgeous that beautiful golden light is and how important it is to achieve my style. Adjust naps, brings snacks, and bribe! Studio and in-home sessions are typically held anywhere from 10am-1pm depending on the time of year as this is when the light can flood the interior beautifully.
Package Details
My packages include a proof gallery so that you can choose your favorites from the session. You may choose to include the small, beautiful details of your baby twirling your hair or your partner feeling the baby kick. Or you may focus on your whole family or partner playing together or finding a moment of deep connection. And if it is both, you can always upgrade!
A Style Guide and a personalized questionnaire are also included in your package. I love to get to the core of who your family is so that we can really recreate some of those intimate moments throughout your session. I will also help style your whole family with pieces from my own client closet and by sending you links to items that can be purchased or found within your own existing closet. Styling is extremely important when it comes to editing and bringing the whole session together!
